Position: Bakery Chef | Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare cakes, pastries, cookies, desserts and other bakery products.
Follow standard recipes and maintain consistent taste, quality and presentation.
Handle bakery equipment and ensure proper production processes.
Maintain hygiene, cleanliness and food-safety standards.
Manage raw materials, stock and minimize wastage.
Support current product development and menu innovation.
Maintain daily production and coordinate with the store team.
Requirements:
2–4 years of bakery/pastry experience preferred.
Valuable knowledge of baking techniques and cake decoration.
Creative, disciplined and quality-focused.
Ability to work independently and manage daily bakery operations.
