We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to manage and oversee the end-to-end operational processes for business loan applications. The role involves ensuring smooth loan processing, documentation, verification, disbursement, compliance, team management, and coordination with sales and credit teams.

Role & responsibilities
Manage end-to-end operations of business loan/SME loan processing, from application login to final disbursement.
Ensure timely processing of loan applications in line with defined TAT, SOPs, and company policies.
Supervise KYC, documentation, data entry, verification, sanction, and disbursement activities.
Monitor pending cases, deviations, approvals, rejections, and disbursements to ensure smooth workflow.




Identify and resolve operational issues, documentation gaps, and process bottlenecks.

Preferred candidate profile
Prior experience in loan operations, credit operations, documentation, verification, and disbursement.
Robust understanding of the end-to-end business loan process.
Experience in managing and leading an operations team.
Valuable knowledge of KYC, AML, compliance, and loan documentation requirements.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
