Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Executive to join our team in Vadodara. The ideal candidate should have experience in the FMCG industry or at least 1 year of sales experience and should be comfortable communicating with customers and handling day-to-day sales activities.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries, orders, and follow-ups.
Develop and maintain solid relationships with customers.
Generate new business opportunities and follow up with potential customers.
Coordinate with distributors, retailers, and internal teams.
Achieve assigned sales and customer-service targets.
Maintain regular communication with existing customers.
Prepare basic sales reports and maintain customer records.
Resolve customer queries and coordinate for timely resolution.
Support promotional and marketing activities when required.
Conduct market visits and collect feedback on products, pricing, and competitors.





Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales.
Experience in FMCG industry will be preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-oriented and positive attitude.
Ability to handle follow-ups and build customer relationships.
Basic knowledge of MS Office / Excel.
Willingness to travel locally for customer and market visits.
Languages: Gujarati and Hindi; basic English preferred.

Preferred Candidate
Experience with FMCG products, distributors, retailers, or dealers.
Positive negotiation and convincing skills.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Local candidates from Vadodara will be preferred.
