Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Respond to customer enquiries and provide accurate information about products and services.
Follow up with leads and maintain consistent communication.
Understand customer requirements and guide them appropriately.
Maintain and update customer and lead information in the system.
Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
Coordinate with the sales and other relevant teams for effective lead management.
Maintain a qualified and courteous approach during every customer interaction.
Candidate Requirements
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Good command of Hindi and English.
Marathi communication skills will be an added advantage.
Basic computer and MS Office knowledge.
Solid listening and customer-handling skills.
Target-oriented, self-motivated, and confident personality.
Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales will be preferred.
