You Should Have
3+ years B2B closing experience (services/SaaS; AI or tech-heavy preferred)
Solid discovery instincts — you ask sharp questions and quantify impact before you pitch
Comfort selling to US stakeholders on US hours; crisp written and spoken English
Willingness to learn and operate AI tools daily — prompt engineering, agent configuration, output review

Nice to Have
Higher-ed or public-sector sales experience
Hands-on experience with AI sales tools (Clay, Apollo AI, Gong, or similar)
Security/compliance fluency for enterprise conversations
