Handle end-to-end recruitment activities for technical and non-technical positions.
Understand manpower requirements and coordinate with department heads for hiring needs.
Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Generate offer letters and coordinate joining formalities.
Ensure timely closure of open positions as per hiring targets.
Manage employee onboarding and induction processes.
Maintain recruitment records, employee files, and staffing reports.
Build and maintain a solid talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Coordinate with consultants, recruitment agencies, and placement partners when required.
Support HR operations and employee engagement activities as assigned.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
