Roles & Responsibilities – International Voice Process (Telesales)
Handle outbound international customer calls and promote company products/services.
Understand customer requirements and provide accurate product/service information.
Generate leads and convert potential customers into successful sales.
Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Handle customer objections professionally and use effective sales techniques to close deals.
Maintain valuable English communication, pronunciation, and qualified call etiquette.
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products/services.
Maintain accurate customer and sales information in the CRM/system.
Follow the prescribed call scripts, sales processes, and company guidelines.
Ensure proper documentation and timely updating of call outcomes.
Handle customer queries and provide appropriate resolutions or escalate when required.




Maintain a professional and positive attitude during customer interactions.
Follow all company policies regarding data privacy, customer information, attendance, and compliance.
Coordinate with the team and reporting manager to achieve business objectives.
Participate in coaching, training, quality audits, and performance improvement sessions.
Maintain required call quality, productivity, conversion, and attendance standards.
