Prepare and maintain export documentation, including:
Commercial Invoices
Packing Lists
Shipping Bills
Bills of Lading
Certificates of Origin
Phytosanitary Certificates
Insurance Documents
Other country-specific export documents
Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, shipping lines, and customers.
Verify shipment details and ensure document accuracy.
Track shipment status and maintain records.
Update export data in ERP systems and spreadsheets.
Assist in compliance with export regulations and customer requirements.
Organize and maintain digital and physical documentation.

Skills Required
Robust attention to detail and accuracy.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines.
Interest in international trade, logistics, and exports.

Preferred Qualifications
Students pursuing or recently completed degrees in International Business, Commerce, Logistics, Supply Chain, Import-Export Management, or related fields.




Basic understanding of export-import procedures is preferred but not mandatory.
