Lucknow Builders Construction Company is looking for a confident, qualified, and motivated HR Representative to manage recruitment activities and support day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities
Handle recruitment and hiring activities.
Post job vacancies on Indeed and other recruitment platforms.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
Conduct initial candidate communication and coordinate interviews.
Schedule interviews with management and department heads.
Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and joining.
Assist with employee onboarding and joining formalities.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Manage attendance and support daily HR activities.
Coordinate with employees and management on HR-related matters.

Requirements




Graduate in any discipline.
Fluent in English – both verbal and written.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
Proficiency in MS Office, MS Excel, and Google Sheets.
Solid organizational and multitasking skills.
Good follow-up and coordination skills.
Qualified attitude and willingness to learn.

Experience

0–2 Years

Freshers are welcome to apply if they have excellent communication skills and a strong interest in HR.
