Job Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to customers regarding pending loan/EMI payments.
Follow up with customers for timely payment and resolve payment-related queries.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and collection status.
Negotiate suitable repayment solutions with customers.
Achieve assigned daily/monthly collection targets.
Follow company policies and maintain skilled communication with customers.

Requirements
Graduate preferred.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Valuable communication and convincing skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel/computer operations.




Target-oriented and comfortable working in a collection environment.

Salary

₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month + Incentives
