Job Summary

The Industry Engagement & Placement Officer will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with industries, identifying corporate training requirements, bringing relevant training programs to the CSR Training Centre, and supporting placement opportunities for trainees. The role involves coordinating with companies, training teams, and employers to ensure effective industry engagement and placement outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain solid relationships with companies and industries.
Identify industry training requirements and bring relevant training programs to the centre.
Coordinate corporate training programs for industry employees under sustainability/CSR initiatives.
Develop and maintain a database of companies, training programs, and industry contacts.
Coordinate with the training team to deliver programs as per industry requirements.




Support placement activities by organizing interviews and connecting trainees with potential employers.
Track and maintain placement outcomes.
Collect and maintain placement-related documents from companies for records and reporting.
Prepare success stories of placed candidates for project reporting and documentation.

Required Skills
Strong industry and corporate relationship-building skills.
Good communication and coordination abilities.
Ability to identify business and training opportunities.
Good understanding of placement coordination and employer engagement.
Solid documentation and reporting skills.
Proficiency in Telugu and English.
Ability to coordinate effectively with trainees, employers, training teams, and internal stakeholders.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates with 3–5 years of experience in industry engagement, business development, placement coordination, corporate relations, skill development, or a related field would be suitable for this role.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
