Senior Recruiter

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Recruiter to join our dynamic Human Resources team. The Senior Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full life-cycle recruiting process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and offer management, for a variety of roles across different departments. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of attracting top talent, building strong relationships with hiring managers, and contributing to a positive candidate experience. The ideal candidate will be adept at utilizing various sourcing strategies, leveraging technology, and providing data-driven insights to optimize recruitment efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for multiple requisitions simultaneously, ensuring timely and productive hiring.
Partner closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing needs, develop comprehensive job descriptions, and create effective recruitment strategies.
Utilize a variety of sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, skilled networks, and direct outreach, to identify and attract high-quality candidates.




Conduct thorough candidate screening and interviews to assess skills, experience, cultural fit, and overall potential.
Provide an exceptional candidate experience through clear communication, timely feedback, and professional interactions.
Advise hiring managers on best practices for interviewing, selection, and offer negotiation.
Negotiate complex offers, ensuring competitive compensation packages and successful candidate acceptance.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and recruitment data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Contribute to the development and implementation of employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing strategies.
Stay informed of industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in talent acquisition to continuously improve recruitment processes.
Participate in and lead special projects related to talent acquisition, such as diversity & inclusion initiatives, recruitment technology implementation, or process improvements.
