Key Responsibilities:

· Handle End to End Recruitment

· Source candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, referrals)

· Screen and shortlist resumes based on job requirements

· Closing vacant positions with in TAT

Requirements:

· 1 - 3 Years of experience in Non-IT Recruitment

. Preferabable Logistics industry

· Qualification: MBA-HR or Graduation.

· Proven experience with Naukri portal and other job portals

· Solid sourcing, screening, and shortlisting skills

· Positive Communication & Presentations skills

· Languages : Hindi, English & Telugu

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
