Job Responsibilities
Respond to customer calls, emails, and WhatsApp messages.
Help users resolve issues in the application.
Follow up with trial users and convert them to paid customers.
Send subscription renewal reminders and payment follow-ups.
Assist customers with onboarding and training.
Maintain customer records and support tickets.
Coordinate with the development team for bug reports and feature requests.
Prepare weekly customer support and subscription reports for management.
Escalate critical customer issues and potential business prospects to management.
Monitor customer satisfaction, retention, and renewal rates.
Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.
Perform other administrative and customer success tasks as assigned by management.

Pay: ₹240,000.00 per year
