Job Summary

Responsible for assisting faculty and students in conducting practical sessions, maintaining laboratory equipment, ensuring safety, and supporting day-to-day operations of Mechanical Engineering laboratories and workshops.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and manage laboratory equipment, tools, instruments, and materials for practical sessions.
Assist faculty and students during experiments, demonstrations, projects, and practical activities.
Operate, maintain, and perform basic troubleshooting of laboratory equipment.
Maintain laboratory records, inventory, equipment registers, and consumable stock.
Ensure cleanliness, safety, PPE compliance, and proper functioning of laboratories.
Support preventive maintenance, calibration, and servicing of equipment.
Assist in departmental projects, workshops, inspections, and academic activities.

Qualification & Skills
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Practical knowledge of Mechanical Engineering tools, machines, instruments, and laboratory equipment.
Basic knowledge of CAD/CAM, manufacturing processes, EV technology, and 3D printing.
Positive communication, documentation, troubleshooting, and safety awareness.
Relevant laboratory/workshop experience will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
