Job Description:

We are looking for a customer-focused and enthusiastic Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to manage customer interactions, follow up with leads and existing customers, and ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales and after-sales journey.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
Follow up with prospective and existing customers.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely customer responses.
Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up details.
Schedule and coordinate customer appointments and test drives.
Handle customer feedback, queries, and complaints professionally.
Support customer retention and relationship-building activities.
Conduct follow-up calls after vehicle delivery to ensure customer satisfaction.




Coordinate with service and other departments whenever required.
Prepare daily/weekly customer follow-up and conversion reports.
Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of customer information.

Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline.
0–3 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field preferred.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-oriented attitude with solid follow-up skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
Ability to work effectively in a team.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
