Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive HR professional to manage end-to-end Human Resources operations for our organization. The candidate will be responsible for handling recruitment, employee onboarding, HR operations, employee relations, policy implementation, and overall workforce management.

Key Responsibilities
Handle complete recruitment process including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and hiring.
Coordinate onboarding and induction process for current employees.
Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.
Manage internal HR operations and day-to-day employee coordination.
Draft HR letters, offer letters, appointment letters, warning letters, and other HR-related documents.
Support management in employee engagement and performance management activities.
Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures.




Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions when required.
Coordinate exit formalities, resignations, and full-and-final settlements.
Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
Support management in building a positive workplace culture.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is acceptable.
Previous HR experience preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid organizational and coordination abilities.
Basic knowledge of labour laws and HR practices.
Proficiency in MS Office and email communication.
