Mechanic – Roto Gravure Printing

Job Summary:
Responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical components of rotogravure printing and related production machinery to ensure smooth and uninterrupted operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of rotogravure printing machines, laminators, slitters, and other plant equipment.
Identify and rectify mechanical faults in gears, bearings, rollers, shafts, pneumatic systems, and drive mechanisms.
Carry out machine setup, adjustments, alignment, lubrication, and periodic servicing.
Respond quickly to machine breakdowns and minimize production downtime.
Maintain maintenance records and ensure availability of essential spare parts.
Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean and protected working workplace.

Requirements:
ITI/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
2–5 years of experience in industrial machinery maintenance, preferably in printing/packaging.
Valuable troubleshooting and preventive maintenance skills.
Ability to work in shifts and respond to emergency breakdowns.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
