Key Responsibilities
Handle camera operations, framing, composition, lenses, and lighting.
Plan and execute video shoots for social media, marketing, and educational content.
Ensure valuable visual quality, lighting, exposure, and cinematography.
Guide and support the Assistant Cameraman during shoots.
Prepare shot lists and camera setups based on the creative requirements.
Edit videos as a secondary responsibility.
Handle cutting, transitions, color correction, audio sync, and basic motion graphics.
Coordinate with the Creative and Marketing teams.
Manage camera equipment, footage, project files, and backups.
Maintain and improve overall video production quality.

Requirements
Graduate with 1+ year of relevant experience in DOP, Cinematography, or Video Production.
Solid knowledge of camera operations and cinematography.
Good understanding of lighting, framing, composition, and lenses.




Ability to independently handle video shoots.
Experience guiding junior/assistant camera crew is an advantage.
Knowledge of Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or After Effects.
Good basic to intermediate video editing skills.
Strong portfolio demonstrating cinematography/video production work.
Valuable communication, teamwork, time management, and problem-solving skills.

Role Focus
Primary: DOP, Cinematography, Camera Operations, Lighting & Visual Quality
Secondary: Video Editing & Post-Production
Team Responsibility: Guide and mentor the Assistant Cameraman.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
