Warranty Executive – Job Role | Popular Hyundai
Handle warranty claims and ensure timely processing as per Hyundai guidelines.
Verify warranty eligibility and required documentation.
Prepare and submit warranty claims accurately through the relevant systems.
Coordinate with Service Advisors, Technicians, and Hyundai for claim approvals and clarifications.
Monitor pending, rejected, and returned warranty claims and take corrective action.
Maintain proper records of warranty repairs, claims, approvals, and settlements.
Ensure compliance with Hyundai warranty policies and procedures.
Support the service team in identifying warranty-related concerns.
Follow up on warranty claim settlements and resolve discrepancies.
Maintain high standards of accuracy, documentation, and customer service.





Preferred Qualifications:
Degree/Diploma, preferably with automobile/service experience. Good communication, documentation, computer skills, and knowledge of warranty processes are preferred.
