We are expanding our team and looking for an experienced Oracle EBS Finance Functional professional to join us in Surat.

Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Oracle EBS R12 Finance Functional professional with solid Finance & Accounting knowledge. The role will focus on Oracle EBS support, functional troubleshooting, business requirements, enhancements, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities
Provide functional support for Oracle EBS R12 Financials.
Support GL, AP, AR and Fixed Assets modules.
Work with Finance teams on P2P, O2C, reconciliations and month-end closing.
Understand business requirements and translate them into Oracle EBS solutions.
Handle functional issues, root-cause analysis and system enhancements.
Coordinate with technical teams for reports, interfaces and customizations.
Support UAT/SIT, configurations and process improvements.
Maintain functional documentation and support business users.

Must-Have Skills
Oracle EBS R12 / Oracle Financials
Strong hands-on experience in GL, AP & AR




Good understanding of Finance & Accounting
Experience in P2P / O2C and month-end closing
Functional support / implementation / enhancement experience
Strong business-user and stakeholder management skills
Comfortable working from Surat office

Valuable to Have
Fixed Assets / SLA / Cash Management
Oracle EBS interfaces & concurrent programs
Basic SQL
GST / TDS / Indian Finance Localization
Oracle EBS implementation or upgrade experience

Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, IT or a related field.

Ideal Candidate: A strong combination of Oracle EBS R12 + Finance & Accounting expertise, with the ability to bridge business requirements and ERP functionality.

Pay: From ₹700,000.00 per year
