Job Summary:
St. John’s Universal School, Goregaon is looking for a passionate and caring Part-Time Pre-Primary Teacher to create a safe, engaging and nurturing learning setting for young children. The teacher will focus on developing children’s foundational academic, social and communication skills through interactive and age-appropriate activities.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and conduct engaging, activity-based lessons for pre-primary students.
Develop early literacy, numeracy, communication and motor skills.
Use stories, rhymes, games, art and creative activities to make learning enjoyable.
Maintain a positive, secure and child-friendly classroom environment.




Observe and track students’ learning and developmental progress.
Support classroom routines and maintain effective classroom management.
Encourage participation in school activities and celebrations.
Communicate appropriately with parents regarding students’ progress.
Prepare basic worksheets, activities and teaching resources as required.

Requirements:
ECCEd / NTT / Montessori / D.Ed. or relevant qualification preferred.
Prior experience in a pre-primary setting will be an advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
