We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Architect to join our design team. The candidate will assist in developing residential and commercial projects from concept to execution.

Responsibilities:
Prepare architectural plans, elevations, sections and working drawings.
Develop detailed 2D drawings and 3D models.
Assist with material, furniture and finish selections.
Prepare presentation drawings and design concepts.
Coordinate drawings with consultants and contractors.
Conduct site visits and assist with site coordination.
Ensure drawings are accurate, detailed and aligned with design intent.
Assist in preparing BOQs, specifications and project documentation.

Requirements:
B.Arch or relevant architectural qualification.
Good knowledge of AutoCAD.




Working knowledge of SketchUp & Lumion preferred.
Robust understanding of architectural detailing and construction.
Valuable visualisation and design sense.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
