We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Manager to join our growing team in Surat. Responsibilities - Manage recruitment and hiring from sourcing to onboarding. - Post jobs and screen candidates on Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn, etc. - Conduct interviews and coordinate with management. - Manage employee attendance, leave and HR records. - Handle employee concerns and workplace issues. - Manage offer letters, onboarding and exit formalities. - Coordinate payroll, incentives and salary revisions. - Monitor employee performance and support team development.



- Implement HR policies and maintain a positive work environment. Requirements - Solid communication and interpersonal skills. - Good knowledge of recruitment and HR operations. - Good organizational and people-management skills. - Knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets. - Jewelry, fashion, retail or e-commerce experience is a plus.
