Responsibilities
Manage the overall sales activities of the center.
Achieve monthly admission and sales targets.
Lead and monitor the sales team.
Generate leads through calls, field activities, and college visits.
Handle student enquiries, counselling, follow-ups, and admissions.
Develop relationships with colleges and institutions.
Conduct college visits, presentations, and promotional activities.
Identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
Coordinate with the academic and marketing teams.
Monitor daily sales activities and team performance.
Maintain CRM records and prepare sales reports.
Support B2B activities and MOU signing with institutions.
Handle customer concerns and ensure proper follow-up.
Perform other duties assigned by management.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
2+ years of experience in sales or business development.
Valuable communication and leadership skills.
Robust target-oriented approach.
Experience in the education industry is an advantage.
Immediate joiners preferred.
