We are looking for a Service Coordinator to coordinate and manage daily field service activities, technician schedules, customer communication, and service documentation.

Qualification - Diploma/Btech

The ideal candidate should have valuable coordination, communication, follow-up and organizational skills and be comfortable working with technicians, customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
Assign technicians and mechanics to service locations based on job priority, manpower availability and operational requirements.
Prepare daily service schedules and communicate them to the service team.
Coordinate with customers regarding site visits, service activities and job completion.
Follow up with technicians and mechanics to ensure assigned jobs are completed on time.
Track pending service jobs and spare-parts requirements.
Coordinate with Operations, Marketing, CRM and Service Teams for smooth execution of service activities.




Collect service reports from technicians/mechanics and ensure proper documentation after each site visit.
Maintain service records, schedules and follow-up reports.
Handle customer queries and coordinate timely resolution of service-related issues.

Candidate Profile
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong coordination and follow-up ability.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Office.
Ability to manage multiple service jobs and priorities.
Experience in service coordination, field operations, customer service or technical service will be an advantage.
Freshers with good communication and coordination skills may also be considered.
