Ensure quality checks are completed before vehicle delivery.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and warranty-related cases professionally.
Maintain service records and prepare daily service reports.
Achieve customer satisfaction and service revenue targets.
Prior experience of 2 years as Service Advisor is mandatory
