Business Development Manager – Architectural Products

RQ is a premium architectural materials and surfaces brand serving architects, interior designers, builders, developers and homeowners.

Key Responsibilities
Drive sales and business development through architects, designers, builders, developers and contractors.
Generate leads, identify recent projects, conduct client meetings and close sales.
Build and maintain strong architect & designer networks and develop key accounts.
Promote RQ’s products, finishes and customised solutions.
Plan and support marketing campaigns, exhibitions, events and product showcases.
Maintain CRM, sales pipeline, follow-ups, quotations and regular sales reports.
Develop repeat business and monitor market trends and competition.

Requirements
3+ years of experience in Sales, Marketing or Business Development.
Experience in architectural products, building materials, interiors, construction,



tiles, stones, furniture, landscaping, etc. preferred.
Robust communication, negotiation, presentation and networking skills.
Comfortable with B2B sales and field/client meetings.
Target-oriented, proactive and able to independently manage sales pipelines.
Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and CRM tools.
Graduate in any discipline; Marketing/Sales/Architecture/Interior Design background is an advantage.

Compensation
