Conart Engineers Ltd. is looking for a motivated and result-oriented skilled with a Civil Engineering background and an MBA to join our Sales & Business Development team.

The candidate will be responsible for developing current business opportunities, building client relationships, and promoting the company's engineering and construction-related services.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business prospects.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions.
Prepare quotations, sales proposals, and presentations.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Eligibility Criteria
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering + MBA (Marketing preferred).
Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.
Good communication, negotiation,



and presentation skills.
Strong interest in sales, marketing, and business development.
Willingness to travel for client meetings, if required.
