We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Restaurant Captain to lead the service team and ensure guests receive exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate should have leadership skills, excellent communication, and a passion for hospitality.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the restaurant service team.
Welcome and assist guests, ensuring excellent customer service.
Take and manage guest orders efficiently.
Ensure timely and accurate food and beverage service.
Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve issues.
Train and guide waiters and service staff.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area.
Coordinate with the kitchen and management for smooth operations.
Requirements:
Higher Secondary or Graduate.
1–3 years of experience as a Restaurant Captain or Senior Steward.
Robust communication and leadership skills.
Positive knowledge of food and beverage service.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Fluent in Malayalam; English,Hindi communication is preferred.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
