We are looking for an organised, hands-on person to be the link between our customers, our stock and our accounts. You will answer inquiries, track every order from quotation to delivery, keep daily accounts entries and customer balances accurate, and reach out to recent companies by phone and email.

Key Responsibilities

Customer handling and inquiries
Respond to inquiries received by phone, email and WhatsApp within the agreed time.
Prepare quotations, proforma invoices and price lists.
Handle day-to-day customer requests, complaints, returns and replacements.

Order and stock tracking
Process orders from the WhatsApp and email
Track what should be delivered versus what has been delivered, and follow up on pending dispatches and proof of delivery.
Maintain the stock register, record goods received, and coordinate with the team
Reconcile system stock with physical stock regularly.

Accounts
Make daily sales, purchase, receipt, payment and journal entries in Tally.
Prepare GST invoices and e-way bills.
Maintain customer and vendor ledgers and keep balances updated.
Follow up on outstanding payments and prepare an ageing report.




Do bank reconciliation and maintain petty cash and expense records.
Prepare monthly GST and TDS data for our CA.

Outreach
Research companies, dealers and buyers, then cold call and email them.
Maintain a lead log with follow-up dates, and pass qualified leads to the founder.

Reporting
Share a weekly report on inquiries, pending dispatches, stock issues and outstanding payments.

Requirements

Must have
Working knowledge of Tally Prime and day-to-day accounting entries.
Understanding of GST invoicing and basic bookkeeping.
Positive Excel skills (VLOOKUP, filters, pivot tables).
Clear written and spoken Hindi and English.
Comfortable making phone calls to businesses.
Honesty, accuracy and strong follow-up habits.

Valuable to have
Experience in electrical, industrial, trading or B2B sales.
Knowledge of e-way bill and e-invoicing.
Experience with WhatsApp Business, a CRM or Google Sheets.
Familiarity with GeM orders.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
