We are looking for a responsible and customer-friendly person to join our team for Cable TV & Broadband Network Services.

Job Responsibilities
Monthly customer collection visits
Visit customer locations for network/cable faults and complaints
Handle recent cable/broadband connections
Respond to customer calls and coordinate service requests
Perform basic office and computer-related work
Update customer/service details using Excel & Word
Use our company software for customer/service-related activities
Coordinate between customers and the service team
Handle both field work and office work





Requirements
Basic computer knowledge – Excel, Word & software applications
Should know two-wheeler driving
Valid driving licence preferred
Willing to travel within the local service area
Positive communication and customer-handling skills
Responsible, punctual and willing to learn
Freshers can also apply if they are willing to learn and work in the field
