GrowItUp Media is looking for a Graphic Designer specializing in YouTube Thumbnail Design who understands how to turn an idea into a visually compelling thumbnail that makes people want to click.
You’ll work on thumbnails for international YouTube creators and channels, creating designs that combine strong visual composition, storytelling, psychology, and attention-grabbing concepts.
What You'll Do
Design high-quality, click-worthy YouTube thumbnails.
Understand video topics and convert them into solid visual concepts.
Use composition, colors, typography, and visual hierarchy effectively.
Create multiple thumbnail concepts and variations when required.
Work on feedback and make revisions efficiently.
Stay updated with current YouTube thumbnail trends and design styles.
What We're Looking For
Minimum 1 year of skilled graphic design experience.
Strong experience in YouTube thumbnail design.
Good understanding of composition, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
Ability to create designs that are not just beautiful but attention-grabbing and clickable.
Strong creative thinking and visual storytelling skills.
Positive command of English communication.
Ability to understand feedback and work within deadlines.
Familiarity with tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar design software.
