Job Description:
Handle customer enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, and other channels.
Coordinate with customers regarding requirements, quotations, and follow-ups.
Maintain positive customer relationships and provide timely support.
Coordinate with the internal team for customer orders and service requests.
Maintain basic customer records and follow up on pending enquiries.
Requirements:
Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Freshers with positive communication skills can apply.
Candidates residing near KK Nagar preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
