Roles & Responsibilities
Prepare accurate "BOQs, rate analysis, cost estimates and quantity estimations" for events, exhibitions and tender projects.
Analyse project requirements and prepare detailed material, manpower and execution costings.
Understand tender documents and prepare cost estimates and BOQs accordingly.
Coordinate with vendors, procurement, production and project teams for quotations, rates and costing inputs.
Monitor project costs and support planning and billing activities.
Maintain updated rate databases and ensure commercial accuracy.
Solid knowledge of "quantity estimation, cost estimation and tender requirements".
Experience in the "events & exhibitions industry is preferred".
Solid negotiation, convincing and coordination skills.
Proficiency in "Excel and other estimation tools".
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
