APR Cranes is hiring a Production Supervisor to manage day-to-day floor operations across crane and heavy machinery fabrication. You will coordinate fabrication, electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical teams and keep ongoing production on schedule and to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise crane and heavy machinery fabrication, from cutting and welding to assembly and finishing
Plan and allocate daily work to fitters, welders, electricians, and hydraulic technicians
Oversee electrical installation, wiring, and control panel work
Oversee hydraulic system assembly, piping, testing, and troubleshooting
Handle mechanical assembly, alignment, and machining coordination
Read and work from engineering drawings, BOMs, and job cards
Track ongoing production, meet delivery deadlines, and report progress to management
Ensure quality checks at each stage and coordinate final inspection and testing
Manage material requirements, tools, and inventory with stores and purchase
Enforce safety rules, PPE use, and protected handling of heavy loads
Reduce rework, wastage, and downtime
Train and guide workers,



and maintain discipline and attendance

Required Qualifications
ITI, Diploma or B.Tech/BE in Mechanical, Production, or Electrical Engineering
3 to 7 years of experience in heavy fabrication, cranes, or industrial machinery manufacturing
Working knowledge of welding, structural fabrication, hydraulics, and basic electricals
Ability to read fabrication and assembly drawings

Preferred Skills
Experience with EOT cranes, grabs, or material-handling equipment
Knowledge of quality standards and testing procedures
Basic computer skills (MS Excel, production reports)
Robust leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
