Restaurant Manager

Location: Thoraipakkam, OMR, Chennai

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure excellent customer service and team performance.

Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day restaurant operations
Lead, train and supervise restaurant staff
Ensure high standards of food quality, service and hygiene
Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints
Monitor sales, inventory and daily expenses
Coordinate with kitchen and service teams
Ensure smooth and efficient restaurant functioning

Requirements:
2–5 years of experience in restaurant/hospitality management preferred
Strong leadership and communication skills
Positive knowledge of restaurant operations
Customer-focused and responsible
Ability to manage a rapid-paced work environment

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
