Roles & Responsibilities:

Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Coordinate with external vendors to ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement.
Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing knowledge.

Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Network Infrastructures.
Strong understanding of network protocols, routing, and switching technologies.
Experience with network monitoring and diagnostic tools to identify and resolve issues.
Ability to design and implement network changes while minimizing operational impact.
Familiarity with security best practices related to network infrastructure.
Skilled in documenting technical processes and maintaining knowledge repositories.

Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Network Infrastructures.
This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
