Job Description

We are hiring Virtual Relationship Managers (VRMs) to manage customer relationships through digital channels and promote relevant banking products. Fresh graduates looking to start their career in banking sales are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities
Connect with assigned customers and understand their requirements.
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
Provide a quality digital banking experience.
Recommend suitable banking products based on customer needs.
Promote banking products such as cards, assets, and other financial products.
Achieve assigned sales and portfolio targets.
Cross-sell and up-sell banking products.
Handle customer queries and complaints effectively.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.




Ensure proper documentation and timely CRM updates.
Follow banking policies, regulatory requirements, and internal guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria
Qualification: Graduate in any stream except B.Tech/BE.
Experience: Freshers can apply; 0–1 year of experience preferred.
Location: Bengaluru
Work Mode: In office

Required Skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Basic knowledge of banking and financial products.
Customer-focused approach.
Sales and persuasion skills.
Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
Good customer relationship management skills.

Language Requirements
Fluent English is mandatory.
Proficiency in any one of the following languages:
Hindi
Tamil
Malayalam
Kannada
