Position: Industrial Painter / Machine Painter

Job Responsibilities:
Perform painting and surface finishing of CNC, Fiber Laser, Plasma and other cutting machine components.
Prepare metal surfaces through cleaning, grinding, sanding and degreasing before painting.
Apply primer, paint and finishing coats using spray guns and other painting equipment.
Ensure proper paint thickness, colour, smoothness and overall finish.
Mix paints, thinners and hardeners according to required specifications.
Inspect painted parts for defects such as uneven coating, bubbles, scratches or colour variation.
Perform touch-up and rework activities when required.
Maintain spray guns, painting tools and equipment in proper working condition.
Follow workplace safety procedures, PPE requirements and housekeeping standards.
Coordinate with fabrication,



production and assembly teams to meet production schedules.

Eligibility:
ITI / Relevant Technical Qualification preferred.
Experience in industrial or machine painting will be an advantage.
Knowledge of spray painting and metal surface preparation.
Fresher candidates with basic painting knowledge may also apply.
Valuable attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
