Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate day-to-day site activities.
Monitor fiber/network installation, cabling, splicing, and maintenance work.
Coordinate with technicians, contractors, vendors, and project teams.
Ensure work is completed as per quality and safety standards.
Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues.
Maintain daily site reports, work progress, and material records.
Coordinate with the office/NOC team for project updates and issue resolution.
Ensure timely completion of assigned site work.

Requirements:
Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Telecommunication, Electronics, Electrical, or related field.
1–3 years of relevant site/network experience preferred.
Knowledge of Fiber Optics, FTTH/FTTx, and networking is an advantage.
Valuable communication and team coordination skills.
Willingness to travel and work at field locations.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
