Hiring: Service Advisor
Job Role:
Welcome customers and understand their vehicle service requirements.
Create job cards and explain service recommendations.
Coordinate with workshop technicians for repair progress.
Inform customers about service costs and estimated delivery time.
Ensure timely completion of vehicle servicing.
Deliver excellent customer service and maintain customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Any Graduate/Diploma.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic automobile knowledge is an added advantage.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
