Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced sales skilled to manage dealers, develop current business, handle project sales, and drive territory growth.

Key Responsibilities
Manage relationships with dealers, contractors, builders, consultants, and project customers.
Expand the dealer network and generate recent business opportunities.
Drive sales through dealer and project channels.
Conduct market visits and monitor customer requirements, competitors, and market trends.
Achieve sales targets and ensure timely payment collection.




Coordinate with internal teams for orders, product availability, and customer support.
Prepare sales reports and market updates.

Requirements
Any Degree.
3 to 8 years of experience in B2B Sales, Project Sales, or Dealer Management.
Experience in dealer handling and project sales.
Good knowledge of the electrical and lighting industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Ability to manage a territory independently and achieve sales targets.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Preferred Experience

Candidates from the lighting, electrical, wires, cables, building materials, or construction industries are preferred.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
