Key Responsibilities
Plan, create, and manage Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns end-to-end.
Generate quality leads and conversions through performance-driven campaigns.
Conduct audience research, targeting, and retargeting strategies.
Optimize ads for CPC, CPL, CTR, and ROI.
Perform A/B testing on creatives, copies, and audiences.
Monitor daily ad performance and manage budgets efficiently.
Analyze campaign data and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
Coordinate with the creative and content team for ad creatives and copies.
Stay updated with the latest Meta Ads trends, policies, and algorithm changes.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience managing Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
Robust understanding of ad funnels, pixels, and conversion tracking.
Knowledge of lead generation, e-commerce, or service-based campaigns.
Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making skills.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
