Job Summary

We are looking for hardworking and responsible Kitchen Staff to support the hotel kitchen team in food preparation, kitchen operations, cleanliness, and maintaining hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities
Assist chefs and cooks with daily food preparation.
Wash, peel, cut, and prepare vegetables, fruits, and other ingredients.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, equipment, and work areas.
Support cooking and food plating as instructed by the chef.
Store food items properly and follow FIFO practices.
Check and maintain kitchen supplies and inform the supervisor when stock is low.
Wash and sanitize utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and hotel standards at all times.
Handle kitchen equipment safely and responsibly.
Assist with receiving and storing kitchen supplies.




Support the kitchen team during breakfast, lunch, dinner, and busy service periods.
Follow instructions from the Chef, Sous Chef, or Kitchen Supervisor.
Perform other kitchen-related duties as assigned.

Requirements
Previous hotel/restaurant kitchen experience is preferred.
Freshers can also apply for entry-level positions.
Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen hygiene.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced workplace.
Positive teamwork and communication skills.
Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
