Accounts Manager – CA / CMA / M.Com

Location: Kakkanad, Kochi
Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹60,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly qualified and experienced Accounts Manager with a CA, CMA, or M.Com qualification and solid practical experience in accounting and finance. The candidate must be capable of independently handling all areas of accounts and finance operations.

Key Responsibilities
Independently manage the complete accounting function of the company.
Handle day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping and financial transactions.
Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing and collections.
Prepare financial statements, MIS reports and management reports.
Handle GST, TDS, income tax and other statutory compliances.
Manage bank reconciliation, ledger scrutiny and reconciliations.
Monitor cash flow, expenses and financial transactions.
Coordinate with auditors, banks and statutory authorities.
Ensure timely filing of statutory returns and compliance requirements.
Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies independently.




Maintain accurate and confidential financial records.

Requirements
CA / CMA / M.Com qualification is mandatory.
Relevant experience in Accounts & Finance is required.
Proven ability to independently handle all areas of accounts.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Good knowledge of GST, TDS and statutory compliance.
Experience with Tally / ERP / accounting software.
Solid analytical, numerical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to take complete ownership of accounting operations.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates who have solid hands-on experience and can single-handedly manage the complete accounts function will be preferred.

Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹60,000 per month, based on qualification and experience.
