About the Role

TAMOS Builders is looking for a proactive and responsible PERSONAL ASSISTANT to manage office operations and support day-to-day administrative activities on behalf of the owner of the company

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily operations and handle incoming calls and inquiries
Coordinate between legal, sales, marketing, and project teams
Act as a liaison between management, consultants, clients, and vendors
Maintain administrative systems, workflows, and task tracking
Handle project documentation (agreements, MOUs, approvals, legal files, etc.)
Communicate with society members, homebuyers, and authorities.
Schedule meetings, maintain minutes, and follow up on action points.
Track timelines, documentation, and due diligence processes.
Assist in client coordination, drafting,



and correspondence.
Support in research and business development tasks

Skills
Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, documentation, and email/letter drafting
Ability to multitask and manage responsibilities efficiently
Positive attitude, accountability, and problem-solving mindset
Real estate experience is an advantage, but not compulsory
Candidates from legal, sales, admin, or marketing backgrounds are welcome
Significant: Candidate should have good working knowledge of AI tools/apps, basic tech adaptability, and social media handling skills
