Job Summary
We are looking for a Purchase Executive with experience in garment trims sourcing and procurement. The role involves sourcing trims and accessories, coordinating with suppliers, negotiating prices, and ensuring timely availability of materials.
Key Responsibilities
Source and procure garment trims and accessories as per requirements.
Handle sourcing of labels, buttons, zippers, elastics, threads, tapes, and other garment accessories.
Identify and develop reliable suppliers and vendors.
Obtain quotations and compare prices, quality, and delivery timelines.
Negotiate prices and commercial terms with suppliers.
Coordinate with suppliers for samples, approvals, and bulk orders.
Follow up on purchase orders and ensure timely delivery.
Coordinate with merchandising,
production, stores, and other internal teams.
Maintain purchase records and supplier details.
Monitor market prices and identify cost-effective sourcing prospects.
Requirements
2–5 years of experience in garment trims sourcing/purchase.
Positive knowledge of garment trims and accessories.
Experience in vendor development and price negotiation.
Good follow-up and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and ERP systems.
Positive communication skills.
Qualification
Any Graduate / Diploma with relevant experience.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
