MARKETING MANAGER – TACTICS HEALTH CARD

Tactics Health Care is looking for an energetic and result-oriented Marketing Manager to lead the marketing and business development activities for Tactics Health Card.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and execute marketing strategies for Tactics Health Card.
Lead and manage the marketing team to achieve monthly targets.
Build relationships with hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, corporates and other healthcare partners.
Drive Health Card sales through corporate, field and digital marketing channels.
Plan and execute health camps, promotional activities and awareness campaigns.
Generate leads and convert them into Health Card customers.
Monitor team performance, daily activities and monthly KPIs.
Identify recent markets and business opportunities.
Coordinate with the telecalling, digital marketing and field marketing teams.
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly marketing reports.




Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and partners.

CANDIDATE PROFILE
Experience in Healthcare / Insurance / Hospital Marketing / FMCG / Sales & Marketing will be an advantage.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Leadership and team-management ability.
Target-oriented and proactive approach.
Willingness to travel for field marketing activities.
Valuable knowledge of local market and customer engagement.
