Position: RMC Plant Operator
Experience: 2–5 years
Location: As per project requirement
Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor the Ready-Mix Concrete (RMC) plant.
Control batching and mixing operations as per mix design.
Monitor cement, aggregates, water, and admixture quantities.
Check plant machinery, equipment, and control panels regularly.
Maintain daily production and plant operation records.
Coordinate with batching, laboratory, and site teams.
Identify and report equipment breakdowns or abnormalities.
Ensure proper cleaning and basic maintenance of the plant.
Follow safety procedures and quality standards.
Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or relevant technical qualification preferred.
Skills: RMC plant operation, batching system knowledge, basic mechanical troubleshooting, safety awareness, and teamwork.
